Why is the company - and the others in the group - called Andante? Andante is a musical term and it denotes the tempo in which a piece of music is played. When something is played andante it should be played in a steady and determined pace. That is how we intend to work, focused on long-term objectives and results, and in no undue haste or hurry. Furthermore, the section of a composition which is played andante is usually the one which develops the theme. A theme is introduced, then developed and repeated/varied. We want to emphasise the connotation to development.
