Resources for evaluators

Among the many evaluation centres, personal webpages, and other resources, here are four links that I found particulalrly useful. Gene Shackman's webpage is the one that has the most down-to-earth methodological advice for evaluators.

1. MandENews, has discussionsgroups, links to journals etc. and to many institutions, training opportunities, etc.
2. Virtual Library Evaluation, also has many onward links, as well as discussion groups, thematic networks, etc.
