Why "by the way ..."?

Before reaching this link, I have actually presented all the information there is a need to have in relation to the company, Andante - tools for thinking AB, and of myself. However, as I occassionally think and write about evaluation with no specific purpose, or read and reflect on what I have read, I thought I would share some of these notes/thoughts here. So here you'll find some reviews of books that I found interesting, some reflections of my own in the form of short essays, or definitions of key evaluation concepts - not least the concept evaluation itself.
