Assignments

Andante has three major assignments during the first half of 2010. The first is an evaluation of the Codex Alimentarius Trust Fund, ajoint FAO/WHO programme to promote food safety and health. The evaluation is undertaken by a team consisting of Kim Forss, Jens Andersson and Eve Kasirye-Alemu.

The second assignment is an evaluation of Unesco. The initiative to commission the evaluation was taken through a resolution of the Unesco General Conference. Andante put together an international team of experts, headed by Elliot Stern and with other members being Stein-Erik Kruse, Barbara Befani, Burt Perrin and Anne Teigen. Kim Forss works on this evaluation from January through October 2010.

The third assignment is a an evaluation of the regional administration in Kalmar Län, in south-eastern Sweden. The evaluation is conducted by Statskontoret and Kim Forss joins the team there as an external and independent resource person.
