Kim Forss has worked on a book (in Swedish) that tries to capture the essence of evaluation work and it was published in October 2007. It is meant to be a practical guide on the "art of evaluation", that is, the aspects of evaluation that build on tacit knowledge and experience, rather than what can normally be conveyed in manuals and methodological handbooks. During the first half of 2010 Kim Forss lectures on the content of the book, for example at the University of Linköping, at conferences and on demand from a number of agencies.
